Our response to the problem arises from understanding the limitations posed by narrow parcels and utilizing the sometimes available long depths (around 40 meters in certain parcels) to our advantage.

Three pronged approach The design solution takes a three pronged approach addressing the problem at three levels:

1. Streetscape and Urban Design
2. Individual Parcel
3. Individual Unit
